A $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 research grant is necessary to continue the project.

To maintain the work involved in timeline project a  $50,000.00 to $100,000.00  grant is required to support  maintenance and expenses for the timeline chronology project.
 

In March of 2000, Forensic reconstruction illustrator and former undercover private investigator William Louis McDonald Sr. began to create a detailed chronology timeline of all key events to occur within the twentieth century, listed by date, month, year and day; listed in the exact chronological order in which the events or occurrences transpired. The purpose was to frame all critical events of historical geopolitical importance to the human species in a search for patterns or clusters of events which might be significant to demonstrating a protracted series of expeditionary-type operations on and in the skies around the significant nation states and military powers of the Earth, by an extraterrestrial agency or agencies.

A year later, he expanded the timeline project to encompass all of the planet Earth’s geological history, all known human evolutionary history, all of recorded history, and what has been labeled antediluvian times. On 01 January 2002, the project expanded again to track current events in the twenty-first century. Because of the long-term Wahadi (Al Qaida, Saudi & Egyptian Muslim extremists) planning of the 9/11 attacks, and due to the on-rush of current events and the associated “Quickening” of paranormal phenomena, Bill felt it important to chronicle the current consequences of past decisions and the domino effect of events that appear to be unrelated by themselves, until perceived I the hindsight of passing years. As of 01 January 2004, the project became a collection of four separate documents.

All four documents presents as simple, scrollable, individual MSWord documents, creating a very massive timeline of human history, twentieth century history, and UFO contacts in exact chronological order by day, date, month, year as best as is known. The timeline lists the inception of all Military, technological, intelligence, political and pop cultural events that humanoid alien anthropologists would observe and note, with interest, as outsiders. It carries every significant UFO case in history as Bill surveys them for being legitimate. Bill accepts help from any and all qualified colleagues in this endeavor. Three smaller documents listing for 2002, 2003, and 2004 bring the overall project to the status of being current on a day-by-day, basis.

These are living documents; meaning that they continue to grow and to be changed and amended as newer and corrected or additional information is found and inserted. Updating historical timelines, especially a chronological super-timeline for the history of humanity, is an art, and not a science. Changes and additions are made daily as new information comes from the broadcast media, books, and the internet. Combined, they currently hold approximately 126,311 entries in historical chronological timeline order--The equivalent of 6,430 hard copy pages-- The current size of all four files on CD is 29.90 megabytes. Someday, the document will achieve several hundred megabytes. By then, Bill McDonald will have passed away, and this lifetime project will have passed on to William Louis McDonald Jr. (Bill hopes!) At four-and-one-half years the chronology timeline of human history is currently in it’s infancy.

The project is intended as a universal investigative tool for all disciplines and as an essential tool to all screenwriters, authors, editors, producers, publishers, students, journalists, and researchers. It is an investment of extreme importance. Bill has worked them daily for what will be five years in March 2005.

Bill McDonald is now requesting funding to upgrade the computer hardware, software, expanded technical support, time away from family, time not spent on other job opportunities, and research expenses. An initial sum of approximately $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 is requested in order to continue the project. The computer the database is stored in is over five years old and is slow by 2004 standards. It is a non-portable IBM compatible Gateway home PC system running Windows ’98 as it’s support platform. The two hard drives are only nine gigabytes each. It’s speed is rated to only 400 MHz with 256 megabytes of SDRAM. The Pentium II processor and the BIOS chip are lagging. The CD reader / burner can barely accommodate the size of the documents. This system was state-of-the-art in 1998 but is hard-pressed to keep up with the project needs, especially considering that the same system must also be used for Mrs. Lori McDonald’s image processing and the family business’ AlienUFOart.com web site administration.

This timeline is (To quote a former research physicist for the National Institute for the Discovery Sciences, Dr. Eric W. Davis) “. . . very necessary because of the causal relationship among different events with their geospatial frequency distribution showing important correlations in space and time of seemingly unrelated events.”

The project began with timeline data from all significant research contributors of the Roswell UFO crash retrieval case which was subsequently listed in the exact order in which the purported events occurred, followed by all key historical events in American and global military, intelligence, political and industrial history which were then inserted within concurrent order and around all key activities pertaining to the UFO crash at Roswell event. The project then expanded to encompass the entire twentieth century.

The careers of all regular military personnel, Counter-Intelligence Corps agents, career politicians, senior corporate personnel employed within the military-industrial complex, and industrial magnates involved with the formation of and implementation of policies regarding the Council on Foreign Relations were broken down into their key dates and listed in anticipation that correlative professional relationships could be found in the future. After four-and-one-half years, this supposition bore fruit. A direct connection was found between the “Working Group” at Wright-Patterson AFB and Clarence L. (“Kelly”) Johnson of the Lockheed Skunk Works. Many army officers involved in the great cover-up of 1952 were found to have served their military basic officer training, flight schools, military war colleges, and wartime service in the company of each other and it was proven by the timeline that they had to have known each other, in some cases going back to WWI.

In the twentieth century, on some critical days, numerous chronologically concurrent events occurred around the world. The list’s solution was to list the events in the order of their occurrences along the Earth’s longitudinal meridians from the vicinity of the International Date Line, running westward, around the globe. Thus events in Asia precede events in Africa or Europe which precede events in South America which precedes events in North America.

Many items of historical importance took major portions of the year or major portions of any given month within the year. Other events, the exact date is not known, only the month or in some cases only the year. The list then arrayed it’s dates in order from 01 January to 30 June within each year which brackets events listed by year only. Events from 01 July to 31 December then follow each year’s listings. Within each month, all items known only to the month with no specific dates within the month are listed between the entries for the fourteenth of each month and the fifteenth. Some events list by season and year only. Seasonal entries are listed between the three corresponding months of each calendar quarter to maintain the purpose of the chronology.

For the last thirty years, Bill McDonald noticed confusing discrepancies regarding the timeline and relationship of both recent and ancient historical events in various works of fiction to include dramas, speculative science, and science fiction intellectual properties in television, cinematic and literary genres. It became clear, that a universal database was needed for all writers to help avoid embarrassing historical errors.

This project was brought to the attention of the former members of the Scientific Advisory Board for Robert Bigelow’s National Institute of the Discovery Sciences (NIDS) when Bill McDonald noticed that key significant paranormal events occurring on the Utah Sherman Ranch (Skinwalker Ridge) directly corresponded to significant events occurring over Phoenix, Arizona (The Phoenix Lights case) on the same four consecutive nights. Bill obtained the timeline of the ranch’s portal and paranormal phenomena and began searching for corresponding crop circle formation events and UFO encounters world-wide. Dates were obtained from articles on the Sherman Ranch written and published by George Knapp, which Bill immediately knew corresponded to the highly publicized UFO sightings over Phoenix.

None of the current document files is sufficiently backed up, due to the breakdown of the current CD reader-burner purchased and installed by Gateway in 2001. No funds are available for a secondary back-up external hard drive at this time. Symantec (Norton) anti-virus software is all that is protecting the project at this time. No funds are available for technical support and assistance from properly trained support personnel at this time. The project is at risk due to storage limitations, catastrophic data loss; and criminal mischief (Theft or destruction from hackers, custom-designed viruses, and Trojan horses designed to wreck or delete Microsoft Word files). Bill McDonald has garnered enemies from religious “Crazies” and competing researchers due to constant and regular radio and television appearances.

Project goals are as follows:

1.) To invest approximately $6,000.00 in a new portable IBM compatible laptop / notebook –style personal computer, which can be used in the field. This includes all MS Windows operating system and Symantec firewall and anti-virus software. Other software will include all those needed to access Netscape, Microsoft internet Cox Cable, MSN, and all other internet access browser programs for field as well as home office locations. MS Office, MS Word, MS FrontPage, Adobe PhotoShop 6.0 or higher programs will be needed and they must all be obtained in the commercially legal manner so as to be eligible for all manufacturer technical support programs. A state-of-the-art CD reader-burner, built in along with a back-up external hard-drive for back-up copy storage is also a requirement due to the sheer size of the existing document files. Any and all padded tote, ISB, cable, and battery accessories as may be needed will be purchased.

2.) To maintain a project technical support fund of four to five thousand dollars at a financial institution to draw against as needed for technical assistance from appropriately trained support personnel. A technical support professional’s assistance will be required to facilitate the safe transfer of all data files from the original Gateway PC system into the new IBM laptop system. This professional will be required to configure, assist and train Bill McDonald in networking and configuring the two systems and all various internet access modes.

3.) To maintain the work involved in timeline project,  a grant of $50,000.00 to $100,000.00  is required to  support  maintenance and expenses for full-time attention to the timeline chronology project.

4.) To complete all space shuttle, American military, ESA, Japanese, Indian, Brazilian, Chinese and Russian vehicle launch schedule inclusions. To track all ICBM & SLBM test launch schedules and include them in their correct locations. To complete and list all nuclear tests in China, the U.S., Bikini, and the French Polynesian Islands. To complete and list the dates that each nuclear power plant went on-line, around the globe.

5.) To complete all twentieth century technologies inclusions to include all operational dates for all significant models of military and civilian aircraft, and all automotive make & model introductions.

6.) To continue to list legitimate UFO cases, crop circle formations, and paranormal portal events; and to determine which occur simultaneously or near each other in chronological clusters of anomalous phenomena manifestations.

7.) To continue to list all anthropological evolutionary and geological events as the information can be found. The evolution of mankind from ancestral hominid species is a critical function of the chronology timeline.

8.) To continue to list daily current events and to track major military, political, and technological trends as they progress in the twenty-first century.

9.) To program an index system and index ability into the overall project as well as color graphics to track civilization and technological timelines concurrently. It will be necessary to contract with professional programmers and software manufacturers in order to add the graphic display elements and the index function to the current static MS Word document lists. Besides being able to scroll from the Big Bang to this day’s current events, the project needs to be it’s own search engine, searching by subject key words; also by any combination of day, date, month, year, or years in brackets.

10.) To eventually use this project as the foundation for a much larger think tank organization.

This Detailed Database was designed for the most serious researchers of UFO's, Government Documents,  Military Operations involving UFO's,  Remote Viewing,  & Top Secret Military, Industrial Technology & Spy Operations, Aerospace Engineers, Military Document Researchers, Historians, Members of the Intelligence Community, Authors, Editors, Producers,  Museums, Colleges, UFO Researchers, Aviation Enthusiasts, Scientist, Think Tanks and FBI etc... In Addition to the 20th Century timeline materials included below, the chronology timeline has been expanded to include all civilizations in human history, throughout the world with all key events listed by day, date, year and/or epoch where possible in exact chronological order from circa 33 million years ago till the present day in the twenty-first century.The entire document is now the complete timeline of human history on Planet Earth. This includes the events being uncovered which led to the Al Qaeda attacks on the Pentagon, the World Trade Center, and all four jet airliners on September 11th 2001. 

The timelines and key events in the correct order of the civilizations of Ancient Egypt, Rome, Greece, Judea, the Americas, Christianity, the Roman Catholic Church, The knights Templar & Freemasonry, Islam, China, India, the Indus Valley Civilization, Sumer, the Mongols, the Germanic Tribes, Japan, Russia, Northern Europe (Norse history), France, Great Britain, the Celts, Cambodia, the Minoan cultures, Phoenicia, the Byzantine Empire, Ancient Troy, the Etruscans, Macedonia, Babylon, Persia, and Africa are all contained in the correct overall timeline for the Planet Earth so that the research historian, book authors, editors, publishers, writers, producers, and students can compare who (Historical figures and persons) and what geopolitical entities were in fact concurrent and contemporary at any specific year in history--Either before the Christian era or after the Christian era.  What great civilizations were contemporary.  When did they arrive?  When did they fall?

What paleoanthropological time sequences and dating has been ascertained by consensus concerning the evolution of early man (Hominids) from hominoid species of apes is included.  The span of time where Chimpanzee-like hominoid apes diverged from Chimpanzee-type pongid anthropoid apes is factored in.

Events which may be extraterrestrial or paranormal encounters in the ancient past and throughout the recorded ages is included.

The top 1000 Extraterrestrial cases from the last five millennia are included.

                                                                       Why I decided to compile a detailed and accurate database?
                                                                                                (My inspiration for the chronology!)

In the last years of the 1990s, numerous UFO books, broadcasts and documentary videos came out, with varying days and dates on some specific UFO cases and wildly divergent opinions as to when or if other cases occurred.  I was inspired  to create my own accurate database when I discovered that a complex chronology, cross referenced to all major human operations and developments had never been attempted.

I just found out recently that when Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker were abducted  from their fishing spot on the Pascagoula River in Mississippi, on October 12, 1973 and when a giant UFO attempted to abduct an Army helicopter, midair,  in the night skies over Ohio on October 18, 1973; both events occurred at the same time as the Yom Kippur War when Egypt and Syria violently attacked Israeli occupied territories in both the Sinai and Golan Heights between the 6th and 22nd of October 1973.

Recently, I discovered that a series of massive UFO invasions occurred over Washington D.C. including The Capitol Building and the White House in July 1952.  This was at the same time that the National Security Agency (NSA) was being established by National Security Counsel (NSC) from the old Armed Forces Security Agency (AFSA.) Twice, fighter jets were scrambled to chase UFOs away from President Harry Truman's White House.  One Month later, the NSA was given full police authority inside the borders of the United States with license to kill.

Crash retrieval or contact events were followed by the inception of various new spy agencies and in some cases mysterious suicides or deaths involving the potential for foul play occurred immediately following the inception of certain intelligence commands. For example, Secretary of the Navy and incoming Secretary of Defence James V. Forrestal mysteriously fell or was ‘Helped’ out of his window at Bethesda Naval Hospital on 22 May 1949—Two days after the inception of the Armed Forces Security Agency.  Multiple tracks of testimony support the rumor that this man was known to have been part of the initial intake assessment regarding the wreckage of the crashed extra-terrestrial aerospace skiff recovered at Roswell by the ‘Working Group’ studying the debris at Wright-Patterson AFB.   Testimony from multiple sources also indicate that Secretary Forrestal opposed the secrecy edict imposed by President Truman on Constitutional, Religious, and personal moral grounds. Publicly, he was ‘Resting’ at Bethesda from overwork and ‘Depression.’

Everyone knows that the Roswell UFO crashed on July 4, 1947.  What many people do not know, is that only eleven days earlier on June 24, 1947,  business man Kenneth Arnold observed that famous formation of nine UFOs over the Washington State mountains.  Many people do not know that from   July 1st  through July 4th 1947,  whole squadrons of UFOs were sighted by military pilots in the air,  and by advanced radar facilities at all air bases surrounding the atomic bomb testing grounds at Alamogordo, Sandia, and Los Alamos, New Mexico.  Three days after the UFO crash at Roswell, William Rhodes of Phoenix, Arizona photographed a UFO in the skies over downtown in broad daylight; nearly identical to the same UFOs seen by Kenneth Arnold from his airplane over Washington State. This demonstrates the foundation for a working hypothesis that UFO activities may be expeditionary in their nature. This is why many UFO cases tend to cluster around each other within a short span of hours, days or weeks.

Lockheed Skunk Works founding CEO and Chief Designer Clarence L. (‘Kelly’) Johnson reported his observation of a ‘Batarang’ aerowing UFO craft over his private Ranch in Agura, California in 1951—A craft uniquely similar to the #8 craft in the flight of nine reported by Kenneth Arnold.

In 1956 and again in 1963 (One year after Bill was born) Famed aircraft designer and Lockheed Skunk Works CEO Dr. Clarence R. (‘Kelly’) Johnson took two young men under his wing and subsequently ‘Mentored’ both: Dr. Ben R. Rich who had been hired to work on engine inlet designs for the Lockheed U-2 spy plane, and a young artistic and drafting genius, John Andrews who had recently hired on with the Comet model kit company. In 1952 and until late 1954, Kelly was shown drawings and data provided to him from a "Working Group" at the Foreign Technologies Division at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base which came to be identified as part of the reverse engineering effort being performed upon the wreckage of the Roswell aerospace skiff. In 1951 and again in late 1953, Kelly communicated his direct observations ofa ‘Batarang’-configured aerowing UFO and a football stadium-sized carrier disc to Lt. General Donald Leander Putt, USAF. From 1983 onwards to his death in February of 1990, Kelly communicated his observations, findings and theories to Dr. Ben R. Rich who was his hand-picked replacement as CEO of the Lockheed Skunk Works. From 1986 until 1990, Both Kelly and Ben Rich shared their findings with airforce scientist Dr. Robert I. Sarbacher, and to John Andrews who was now senior special projects designer for the Testor Corporation. These four men communicated by mouth and by private correspondence.

What The Testor Corporation's John Andrews communicated to Bill in San Diego dovetailed perfectly with what his now-deceased witnesses from the United States Army Counter-Intelligence Corps communicated when describing the exact anatomical descriptions of the flight crew cadavers and the specific ‘Biomorphic’ wing-camber to fuselage ‘Blend’ which was the design configuration of the Roswell Interplanetary Aerospace Skiff, which the CIC atom bomb security agents claimed to have recovered on 05 JULY 1947.

NOTE: The original baseline data on the anatomy of the Roswell vehicle's chimera-like amphibious flight crew was provided to Bill over the telephone by Leonard H. Stringfield during the last week of hislife, as he was dying of his lung cancer, the week of 18 DECEMBER 1994. Len Stringfield's detailed descriptions of the cadavers, relayed from three U.S. Army Air Corps physicians, was used to test the honesty of CIC claimant Frank Kaufmann and Lt. Colonel Philip J. Corso in subsequent interviews after Stringfield's death. Both men described the SAME anatomy that Leonard provided to Bill and Kevin Randle.

Kaufmann did not begin communicating his claims until 1989. Yet his descriptions of the spacecraft match the Skunk Works CEOs' descriptions with frightening accuracy. Aerospace witness Hal Noord Jr. stated he observed draft drawings identical to Bill's Roswell skiff of an engineless, batwinged, arrowhead-like aircraft on Kelly Johnson's drafting table in his private office in Burbank, California in December of 1954. All of these circumstances are clearly listed in the document My timeline chronology of the Twentieth Century is now in shape for research users; with the on-going construction of every CIA operation, every conflict, every space mission, every nuclear bomb test, every major political event, the aerospace community's evolution, troop movements, spy Vs spy events--With every major UFO case inserted on the appropriate date that we colleagues all agree is real! A vast print, and web bibliography is the source materials for my compilation project.   Every UFO researcher and organization will need it for a fast day and date reference.

Persons in grade school, high school, college, or special university projects can use this handy almanac.  If you are writing treatments, screenplays, novels or scripts for any sort of television, film or print publication, this almanac would be of extreme help. This database includes all projects and operations, both classified and declassified that I can get my hands on from not only the American intelligence services under the Pentagon and the NSC, but also all foreign intelligence I can obtain. In regards to the CIA: The CIA history and the terms for each DCI,--And the dates surrounding Drs. Gottlieb & Pash--And Counterintelligence Chief Jim Angleton's "Reign of terror," will be included as further framework.

I collected all available information on the real "Bionics" programs such as they were, and secret weapons developments in all eras of the Twentieth Century. R&D on microprocessors and propagated wave technology timelines were incorporated.   Biomimetic (Mimicking biological structures in the manufacturing process to enhance internal tensile strength and lightness) technology developments were incorporated.  I've found evidence of "Biomemnetic" (Self aware/self replicating Artificial Intelligence [AI]) technologies as well.

I've incorporated every pertinent element of the remote viewing programs--Both SRI and Fort Meade's RV teams along with each client's tasking and each project code name as I was able to  obtain them.  The " GRILL FLAME, CENTER LANE, SUN STREAK, DT-S," and "STARGATE" programs are fully listed along with other arcane operations and research projects into mind control like "MK-ULTRA" and the Nazi scientists relocation program "PAPERCLIP."

I've listed every NASA launch faithfully. I've also found English translations of the schedules for every Russian rocket and space station module launch.
I'm searching for UFO case and "Flap" correlation's to historical events and busy times on Planet Earth. This document is flexible--A living document. Subject to corrections, amendments and change--Even deletions as the investigation of each case progresses. It took two months to frame it out. It will take five to ten years before a final edition is achieved.

How I decided which cases were valid and credible!

Many UFO cases are in DISPUTE. So are many historical days and dates--I found out, especially as concerns Russian launch schedules and Chinese events (Nuclear tests at Lop Nor , etc.) Only a living, ongoing chronology will survive. Many CIA retirees memories are off by a week or up to half a month. It's a tough project. A labor of love.

Roswell, Bentwaters-Woodbridge, Kecksberg 1965, Cash-Landrum, Phoenix 1996, Belgium 1991, Hudson Valley, Exeter New Hampshire 1965, Lonny Zamora, the Hills, Malmstrom AFB, Lorring AFB, Kapustin Yar, Pascagoula, MI 1973, etc. etc. etc.--Cases like these are going in as ASSUMED FACT until proven otherwise when they become subject to immediate deletion or amendment. Cases which Len Stringfield, Hal Puthoff, Bob Wood, Eric Davis, Michael Lindemann, Don Ecker, Bob Dean, you and I collectively find to be likely to be real or worth investigating--By general consensus--These are the first cases going in. Eduard "Billy" Meier might also find a similar POP CULTURE Listing--Down the road. Whitley Strieber's Christmas 1986 encounter in upstate New York gets a PURPORTED or CLAIMED UFO ENCOUNTER listing.

This following example applies to how I determined the validity of a case for incorporation into the database.
(Occasionally a controversial case arises)
For example: A guy named Bill English steps forward with a claim regarding two absolutely horrible UFO encounters with U.S. Army Special Forces teams in Vietnam and Cambodia. English has no documentation of his own service. No proof. Just his word.  Two researchers  summarily dismissed his case as a possible psychosis.  Approximately sixty UFO researchers agreed  with the opinions of the two intrepid investigators since one is an ex-cop and the other is a reserve USAF intel officer. "English was assumed to be a fraud."  Eight years later Timothy Cooper steps forward with five Vietnam War UFO encounters stories which include the two told by English. Cooper has his USMC SRB and documents and near identical stories concerning "Phantom Helicopters." Suddenly English's story starts to make sense to a fair minded investigator.  After this, two CIA spooks hook up with me in Hollywood, with Vietnam bona fides telling me similar stories as well--Regarding the very same key elements of English's two claimed UFO encounters.
