Preliminary Investigation:  Lori documented a low level of paranormal activity.
The entire plaza is of old wooden and brick construction with dated wiring with a huge rate of consumption of electricity from the local city grid.  Lori was contacted by the owner to investigate.  Both the owners and the customers  had experienced frequent paranormal activity.
There was a mean average of 3.0 to 5.0 EMF energy and a 20 degree drop (80 to 60 degrees in a split second) in temperature in the front of the building where Lori filmed an eerie orb manifestation in broad daylight. The owners heard muffled voices similar to the sound of a busy restaurant, even though the restaurant was empty. The chef said that a couple of times  his tongs flew off the countertop in the food prep area.  The high energy reading was from the wiring of the building, kitchen appliances, and lighting. Talk about a fire waiting to happen! High EMF energy contributes ghostly activity.  There was a vortex by the kitchen drain in the back of the building, where utensils flew off the shelves.  The "Lady in Black" sighting was more than likely due to residual energy because the owner reported that they always saw her looking out the window and she never made eye contact with anyone.  A ghost who doesn't interact or make eye contact indicates a residual haunting. (The opposite of an intelligent haunting) Residual energy  or a "memory imprint"  is similar to psychometry in a haunting. Psychometry is an alleged psychic power that enables one to divine facts by handling objects and or the ability to feel energy from a traumatic event from the past. Paranormal imprints are the same as an event from the past recorded in the environment that replays like a movie.  The feeling of being touched by an invisible force is often due to high EMF energy. High EMF energy has a strange effect on the brain and contributes to a feeling that your being watched or living in a haunted home.

"Customers have noticed a great deal of ghostly activity in the restaurant. Things have a habit of flying off of the counters, there are strange noises and there have been multiple sightings of people "ghosts" that seem to disappear."  The activity does not have a specific time that it happens. It is always random. I do know that the building was built in the 50's. We constantly see someone around the corner walking and then they just seem to disappear. A few people have seen the same person sitting in the same spot at different times and different days.  I remember on one occasion I saw the woman "ghost" in black with shoulder length black hair,  sitting in the back of the restaurant and she just disappears.  A few days later someone reported seeing a women in black at the back table looking out the window and she mysteriously disappeared.  We have had multiple witnesses who have sighted the same ghost.  There are many of times when our customers have witnessed things flying across the room.  Many times when the place is empty you can hear someone moving and making noises up front.  When I'm alone in the building I have been touched on the shoulder by an invisible presence. You will feel someone touch you when you are standing by yourself. I've heard loud banging inside the back closet for no apparent reason.  The business next door complained of hearing loud banging from our restaurant. The restaurant used to be an ice cream shop. Prior to that is was a restaurant"
