We DO pack well - We want your purchase to arrive in good shape.  If your order is more than $50.00  we will insure your package.
USA Shipping & Handling $0.01- $49.99 = 8.50, $50.00 - $99.99 = $9.50, $100.00 - 199.99 = $10.50, 200.00 and up $12.50
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for our shipping.  We ship with a tracking number ALWAYS (to U.S. Destinations).  You will receive an email, "Your package will be shipped by PayPal Shipping with U.S. Postal Service!" through PayPal, to track the package online. Additionally, the USPS tracking number will be  available through your PayPal account. The post office scans your package upon delivery to your address. This scan acts as our proof that we have fulfilled our obligation of delivery of your item.
If you receive your package and the post office has damaged the merchandise, save the box.  This is the only way to collect on the insurance.

International shipping:
Global shipping is available for approx. $24.95. If you live outside the USA email prior to placing your order for a shipping quote. The customs label receipt from the post office must act as our proof of delivery.  We will do our best to ensure that the package is packed up and addressed properly. We will put the merchandise total on the customs form. We will not include the shipping and handling in this total. This is correct and will help to reduce any duty fees you may need to pay. We will not calculate or collect any duty or custom fees for you, this is entirely your responsibility.
